Please note that by accessing and using this site, you agree to follow and abide by the terms and conditions as outlined below.

Ordering

All beads and jewellery items are made in my studio north of Sheffield. I create my beads on a number of torches, and all are annealed in a kiln for strength and durability. Before they are sent to you or worked into jewellery, all beads are carefully cleaned and inspected for flaws. I will never knowingly sell a bead which is cracked or defective.

No contract of sale exists until all funds have been cleared. If an item is out of stock or there is a problem with your order, you will be notified as soon as possible, and you will have the choice to receive a refund, or I will create a similar item especially for you. I ship several times a week, but please allow up to a week to receive your item, to allow for postal delays.

For commissions which are either particularly large or unique (e.g. involving names or fingerprints), I may require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total sales price, and payment in full with all funds cleared before your order can be sent. I endeavour to complete all commissions within one month, but can often work with you on a shorter deadline for special events, etc.

Payment

Via credit or debit card: Please use the Paypal system on this site. For custom orders, we are happy to send you a Paypal invoice. Please note that you do not need a Paypal account in order to pay by credit or debit card.

Via cheque or postal order: Whilst we prefer payment via Paypal, we do accept payment by cheque or postal order. Please contact us for a postal address, and do allow additional time for the funds to clear.

Payment must be received in full before any item is dispatched.

Delivery

Postage worldwide is included in the prices given on this ite - this, unless otherwise specified, refers to standard postage (UK First Class, cheapest available shipment abroad). Should you prefer faster or insured shipment, please contact me following your order, and you will be charged the actual additional shipment cost.

Returns

I will happily refund the money for any order you find less than satisfactory, provided I receive it in its original condition within seven working days. Please contact me as soon as possible if you would like to return an order.  The refund will not include postage cost, and the return postage will be carred by you, unless the item is genuinely faulty. 

Variation to and Termination of Content

Sabine Little of Little Castle Designs has the right to change or remove the content of this website at any time and without prior notice. This includes pricing and postage. Current orders will be honoured according to pricings given at time of the order.
